SCHEDULES

FIT HAPPENS

DURATION: 1 HR

This is a 60 min (from warm up to cool down) high intensity circuit-based class that demands focused attention to detail and targets the improvement of your overall work capacity. The small class size ensures you’ll receive a high level of instruction and thorough evaluation. You can expect body weight exercises, relatively light resistance training, and a cardiovascular roller coaster ride. Workout details are scaled to ability based on movement literacy and technical proficiency. Both physical and mental challenges will give you the ability to explore what you are truly capable of.

CAPABLE HUMANS

DURATION: 1 HR

This is a 60 min (from warm up to cool down) well rounded strength & conditioning based class that demands focused attention to detail and targets the improvement of strength, power, endurance, and movement literacy. The small class size ensures you’ll receive a high level of instruction and thorough evaluation. You can expect a progressive array of resistance training exercises and body weight exercises laced with effective doses of varied cardiovascular bouts that dance up and down the intensity spectrum. Workout details and regimens are scaled to ability based on movement literacy and technical proficiency. Both physical and mental challenges will give you the ability to explore what you are truly capable of.
