This is a 60 min (from warm up to cool down) high intensity circuit-based class that demands focused attention to detail and targets the improvement of your overall work capacity. The small class size ensures you’ll receive a high level of instruction and thorough evaluation. You can expect body weight exercises, relatively light resistance training, and a cardiovascular roller coaster ride.
